ID Clutch

The ID Shaft is a completely new concept of air friction shaft,
which allows the user to freely change the slitting width and position by adjusting the adapter position.

The ID Shaft is also a multi-channel drive shaft,
which has its own air inlet-outlet channel for each adapter.

The user can control the clamping (grip) and torque strength separately, as well as provide a unique torque for each adapter. This allows the user to control torque and tension with great flexibility and precision.

UV 프릭션 샤프트
UV Friction shaft

UV Friction Shaft is an upgraded version that complements the shortcomings of other Friction Shafts.

The lugs rise inside the friction core, so it clamps the bobbin stably without the disadvantages of the lugs falling out or shaking.

Best of all, by applying a separate torque adapter, you can double the clamping pressure and torque like a dual-channel shaft with one air pressure.

​​Strong clamping + low torque, it is possible with UV Friction Shaft.

You can set the torque per friction core from 0.5N to 50N by simply replacing the torque adapter (replaceable torque box).

나노 프릭션 샤프트

Nano Friction Shaft

This is a friction shaft released to wind fabrics with narrow slitting width and tension sensitivity at a constant tension.

In a low-tension winding environment of 10N or less, the Nano Friction Shaft shows a higher level of performance than any other friction shaft.

Satisfactory winding is possible up to a product with a cutting width of 2mm. You can set a fine torque of about 0.5~1.0N per 1kgf.

The tension deviation between each core is about 0.2N. This product also provides separate air pressure for torque and clamping, so it provides stable clamping even at low tension.

Cam(bar) Friction Shaft

When the cover of the friction core rotates, the rod-shaped lug protrudes and fixes the tube.

 

This product has a relatively wide torque control range and is mainly used in high tension winding environments.

Cam(ball) Friction Shaft

Also called mechanical or ball friction shaft.

When the cover of the friction core rotates, the balls protrude and fix the tube.

This product has a relatively wide torque control range and is mainly used in high tension winding environments.
